It Started in Their Own Buildings
Danny Kitchen has spent his whole life in senior care. He grew up alongside his mother, who ran some of the industry's larger communities, and he went on to build his own assisted living communities across San Antonio: smaller homes where residents are known personally.
For years, hospice teams came through his own buildings to care for his own residents. Danny watched closely, team after team, and in 2017 he built AIP so his families could count on the same standard in hospice care.
In JM and Saleem, he found the two people he trusted to hand the torch to, and what families say about the care tells you he chose right.
